3. I forgot my password - what should I do now?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot your password? Click here.". After entering your e-mail address, for which the account is created, a new password for your account will be sent to you. You will be able to change it again after logging in.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Surely, you can cancel your order any time unless it has already been shipped to you. It is just enough that you notify us by sending a message to the following e-mail address: email@example.com, before you receive an e-mail or a text message that the package has already been shipped. After that time we are no longer able to withdraw the order, but You, as a buyer, are still bound by the ordered product return procedure.
